1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service with DetailedBySB (“we,” “our,” “the Company”), you (“the customer,” “client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services performed by DetailedBySB, whether booked online, through the website, by phone, or in person.


2. Service Expectations

DetailedBySB provides mobile detailing services, including exterior cleaning, interior cleaning, full detailing, and specialty add-ons.

We strive for the best results possible, but:

Certain stains, odors, scratches, and defects may not be completely removable

Results depend on the condition and age of the vehicle

Full restoration is not guaranteed unless stated in writing

“Before & After” differences vary based on severity and materials


3. Access & Preparation Requirements

Customers agree to:

Provide safe access to the vehicle

Ensure the vehicle is unlocked

Remove personal belongings

Notify us of mechanical or electrical issues

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.


4. Pricing & Estimates

All prices provided through our website, communications, or booking system are base estimates. Final pricing may increase depending on:

Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or contamination

Vehicle size

Added services

Extra cleaning time required

Any additional charges will be communicated prior to service completion.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless prepaid.

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash

Credit/debit cards

Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App based on availability)

Unpaid balances may result in:

Service refusal

Additional fees

Debt collection action if necessary


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee

No-shows may result in full service charges

Weather-related rescheduling may be required for safety

Notice is appreciated for any schedule changes


7. Liability & Damages

DetailedBySB is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Weak or failing components

Mechanical or electrical issues

Damage caused by age or wear

Anything not directly connected to our services

Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion.


8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If unsatisfied with a portion of the service:

Notify us within 24 hours

We may provide a reasonable touch-up if justified

Refunds are at the sole discretion of the owner.


9. Photography & Marketing Use

DetailedBySB may take before-and-after photos or videos for marketing purposes, including social media, advertising, and website use.

Clients may request in writing that their vehicle not be photographed.


10. Weather Policy

As a mobile service:

Unsafe weather may require rescheduling

Shaded or covered areas may be required

We reserve the right to delay or decline service due to conditions


11. Pet Hair, Biohazards & Excessive Conditions

Extra fees apply for:

Heavy pet hair

Mold

Blood

Vomit

Bodily fluids

Hazardous waste

These require extra products, time, and safety precautions.


12. Customer Conduct

We may refuse service if:

Conditions are unsafe

The customer is disrespectful

Payment is withheld

Policies aren’t followed


13. Mobile Service Area

DetailedBySB services Concord, CA and surrounding areas.

Travel fees may apply outside the standard service radius.


14. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on the website.
