Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale are part of the DetailedBySB Terms of Use and apply to all users and guests who book or receive services from DetailedBySB.
When you book a service online or by phone with DetailedBySB, you agree to these terms and conditions prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment is booked, you are bound by the terms outlined below.

Prices and service package contents are subject to change at the sole discretion of DetailedBySB at any time. Any changes will be reflected on our website:

Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards.
If a card is declined, the customer must provide an alternative payment method immediately.
If payment is not resolved, a collection process may begin 48 hours after a declined transaction.
DetailedBySB reserves the right to retain payment details to secure bookings when necessary.
Debit and credit card payments may be processed by third-party payment processors used by DetailedBySB.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from the vehicle before service.
DetailedBySB is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Vehicles must be parked in a safe and lawful location for service.
All vehicles are serviced at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing processes.
Any damage claims related to cleaning are limited to the cost of the service provided.
DetailedBySB reserves the right to reschedule or adjust bookings due to weather, staffing, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
Additional work outside the booked service may be charged at an hourly rate of $50, or a proportional rate, at our discretion.
A minimum 20% surcharge will apply to jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur a $40 fee to compensate the technician.
This policy applies to all retail-priced detailing services.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is clear and reasonable evidence that a service was not completed as booked or workmanship was substandard, DetailedBySB will, at its discretion, redo the affected portion of the service at no additional charge.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must include photo evidence of the issue.

Appointment Arrival Time
Due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, technicians may arrive later than scheduled. Please allow a 30–90 minute arrival window for services booked online or by phone. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays.
Coupons & Referral Policy
From time to time, DetailedBySB may offer referral or promotional programs that provide credits or discounts.
Conditions include:
Credits and coupons cannot be combined.
Referred customers must be new customers.
Referrals may not be obtained through:
Self-referrals or fake accounts
Referring existing customers
Spam or unsolicited outreach
Public forums, coupon sites, or mass postings
Misrepresentation or false information
DetailedBySB reserves the right to revoke, adjust, or void referral credits at any time if misuse or violations are detected.
